I made this page in hopes to one day train for a marathon. This site is made to provide an overview of training for a marathon. It provides you with an example of a training plan, some nutritional information and tips, and what to do on your big marathon day.
I have been an avid runner for about 9 years. Hopefully my husband and I are done having kids I can get into actual training mode. Running is an amazing thing! I am absolutely in love with it! It is my stress reliever and what I turn to when I want some "me" time. I love to find new routes and fellow running lovers!
If you are looking for a great challenge... I challenge you train for a marathon! You may not like to run at first (I didn't either), but you may find a new love too! Running is about taking it one step at a time, or as others say, "One mile at a time".
